With over four decades of experience, he has earned a reputation for trustworthiness and integrity. Born in Istanbul as a son of Captain Süreyya Manavoğlu, his passion for the maritime world led him to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nautical Studies major in Naval Architecture and Maritime Transport from Plymouth University, England.

Upon his return to Turkey, he began as a Chartering Broker at Zihni Chartering, where he demonstrated exceptional aptitude and dedication, earning a promotion to the role of Operation Manager at Zihni Ship Management. His journey of excellence continued with subsequent key positions, including Transport Manager at Kofisa Trading SA, and later, as Transport and Insurance Manager at Ram Foreign Trade SA. At each stage of his professional growth, his unwavering commitment to excellence remained evident, distinguishing him as a true industry leader.

Later, he assumed the role of Director at NM Shipping and Trading Co. Ltd., where he further solidified his position as a respected figure in ship brokering. Now, as the owner of Rigel International Shipping, Transport and Foreign Trade Ltd., he carries forward his wealth of knowledge and extensive network, navigating the complexities of the maritime domain with finesse. His dedication to maintaining the highest standards of honesty and professionalism continues to earn him the trust of colleagues and clients alike.
